Cancellation Policy

#### **1. Booking & Refunds** All bookings are **non-refundable**. Once a service is confirmed, refunds will not be issued, including for cancellations, no-shows, or dissatisfaction unrelated to service quality. **Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a \$50 cancellation fee**. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in being charged the **full booking fee**. --- #### **2. Privacy & Security** We value your privacy. Client information is kept **confidential and secure** in accordance with applicable laws. We do not sell or share your personal data except when legally required or essential to provide our services. --- #### **3. Monthly Subscription** Clients may enroll in a **monthly subscription** at **\$100 per month**, which includes one standard cleaning per month. Extra visits or add-on services will incur additional charges. The subscription **auto-renews** monthly unless canceled in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. --- #### **4. Early Termination** If a client cancels a service agreement or subscription before the agreed term ends, a **\$400 early termination fee** will apply and be charged to the card on file. This fee is final and non-negotiable. --- #### **5. Independent Contractors** All cleaners are **independent contractors**, not employees of MelJennell. Each cleaner undergoes a **background check** before dispatch. While we take reasonable steps to ensure professionalism and reliability, MelJennell is not responsible for any actions taken by contractors beyond the scope of services provided. --- #### **6. Indemnification** Clients agree to **indemnify and hold harmless** MelJennell Investments LLC, including its officers, agents, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from: * The actions or negligence of independent contractors, * Client misuse of services, * Violations of this policy.
